Gold Vibes urging Companies not to forget in-person marketing in light of 5G development

As the West Midlands is the first region to receive 5G technology Gold Vibes is eager to ensure brands do not forget the importance of face-to-face interactions in an ever-developing consumer landscape.

The UK government has announced plans to introduce 5G into the West Midlands, trialling it across a number of industries before running it out to cover the entirety of the nation. The £150 million investment to set up the network is an excellent development for the region which is now being seen as a serious competitor for new businesses, outside of London.

Sales and marketing experts, Gold Vibes, are excited about the implementation but are encouraging SMEs and startup enterprises not to forget about the importance of face-to-face interactions.

“Here at Gold Vibes, we’re ecstatic that our city is being selected to trial this technology and it is sure to take the customer experience to new levels. Although in our experience, people still highly value the human element – we hope that doesn’t begin to take a back seat over the next few years,” declares Jake McCall, Managing Director of Gold Vibes.

The UK market alone has seen a considerable insurgence toward face-to-face marketing solutions, with over a third of the population choosing to purchase through direct marketing methods, citing the importance of in-person interactions.

Researchers also found that the industry is continuing to grow worldwide, particularly in the UK. Figures from the DSA show that over 400,000 individuals seek this type of role as a viable option, due to colossal customer demand for the industry.

“Face-to-face interactions, particularly in a customer environment allow individuals to really invest in a product or brand, they can form lasting relationships with expert brand ambassadors that truly have a passion for the industry,” concluded the business owner.

Gold Vibes was formed to offer businesses an opportunity to enhance their marketing strategies. Based in Birmingham, they operate campaigns for brands big and small across the UK. Their active approach means that they can offer quick to market campaigns that can raise awareness, boost engagement, and improve the overall customer experience through face-to-face interaction.
